Founder
Fariya
Fariya is the Founder and President of Project Inclusion. Driven by the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported, she founded Project Inclusion to create a safe space where conversations around mental health are met with empathy rather than stigma.
Her work in social impact and community leadership has been recognized through numerous national and international honours, including the Warwick Undergraduate Award for Public and Community Engagement, the Warwick Employability Skills Award (Silver), the CCARE Award, the FEELL 50 Changemakers Award, Young Achiever by The Hindu, and the Gold Prize at the World Youth Meeting 2020. She has also been awarded three scholarships from the University of Toronto and has founded two nonprofit organizations dedicated to social change.

President
Zunaira
Zunaira is the President of Project Inclusion and a Psychology student at the University of Delhi with a strong passion for mental health advocacy and youth empowerment. She is committed to fostering meaningful conversations around emotional well-being and creating spaces where individuals feel accepted, supported, and encouraged to share their stories.
As President, she works closely with the leadership team to ensure that the organization's mission of promoting mental health awareness and neurodiversity continues to reach and inspire more people. Through her leadership, she strives to make Project Inclusion a community where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.

Vice President
Jhalak
Jhalak is a Psychology student dedicated to advancing mental health awareness and building inclusive communities through empathy, advocacy, and education. As the Vice President of Project Inclusion, she oversees organizational initiatives, supports community engagement, and works closely with the leadership team to expand the project's impact.
Driven by a belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued, she is committed to fostering meaningful conversations around mental health while promoting acceptance, accessibility, and emotional well-being.
